Cooper's Favorite Toppings

Hey Everyone, 

As you might imagine, after two years I’m a pretty seasoned Brave Overnight Breakfast eater. Sometimes I find that our Overnight Breakfast is best consumed on its own. Other times, though, we like to spice it up with additional toppings. Here are my favorite Brave toppings for each flavor: 

Apple Spice

  • 1 cup oat milk (I prefer Oatly - real original I know) 
  • 1.5 tbs almond butter (no specific brand allegiance, just try to avoid the ones made with extra oils/sugars added)
  • 2 tbs of Grandy Oats granola (being from Maine I naturally like to support Maine businesses. This also happens to be a delicious low sugar, grain-free granola.) 

Tropical Coconut

  • 1 cup coconut milk (search for ones with ‘no added sugar’
  • 1 tbs coconut cream (I love coconut if you couldn’t tell)
  • 1.5 tbs cashew butter (again, no specific brand allegiance, just try to avoid the ones made with extra oils/sugars added)
  • ¼ cup of fresh blueberries

Mocha Chip

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1.5 tbs peanut butter (I actually do have an allegiance to Wholefoods 365 crunchy.)
  • 1.5 tbs Oswald Co. Chia Smash (It’s not easy to find low sugar/healthy jams so when you do, you take notice. I’ve been using Chia Smash for the last year and absolutely love it. My favorite flavor is raspberry but you really can’t go wrong). 
  • ½ sliced banana
