Apple Spice
Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
- ½ an apple, finely diced
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
- Saute the apple pieces on low heat until soft
- Add a dash of cinnamon towards the end
- Top Brave with the apple, butter, and cinnamon combination
Mocha Chip
Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
- ¼ of a finely chopped fresh banana
- ⅛ cup of blackberries
Instructions
- Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
- Saute the bananas and blackberries together until their soft and bananas begin to brown
- Top Brave with your saute mixture
Tropical Coconut
Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon unsalted grass fed butter or coconut oil
- ½ a finely chopped fresh banana
Instructions
- Take Brave out of fridge and let sit for 1 hour or until breakfast comes to room temperature
- Saute the banana pieces until the begin to brown
- Top Brave with your saute mixture
