WHAT DO YOU DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?
As an athlete free time doesn't really exist. I only train 30 hours per week give or take, but when I am not training I am eating, sleeping, or getting some form of body work (massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care). I usually am in bed around 7:30 or 8:00 pm most nights. The times I do have downtime, my husband and I love to go for hikes, visit our local farmers market, or binge watch our favorite shows.
Definitely ice cream and french fries as indulgences. But I love fruits and veggies - give me a great vegetable soup or big fruit salad with yogurt any day and I am happy.
IF YOU COULD DO ANYTHING (MONEY DIDN'T MATTER), WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
I love to cook (I'm in the process of writing a cookbook!), play golf, downhill and backcountry ski, trail run and I LOVE to travel and explore new places.
