WHAT'S YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE?

Much of my exercise routine involves long-distance running on the roads, trails, and mountains. I usually accumulate about 80+ miles per week on average. Most recently though, I've been getting more into biking and some strength work as my girlfriend, Molly, and I just got a Peloton.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE? FAVORITE OUTDOOR HANGS IN THE AREA?

I live in the Bronx in NYC! Oh, this is a tough one, there are so many gorgeous spots. I would say roaming through the streets of the city in the canyons of buildings in midtown, running over the Brooklyn Bridge or the Westside Highway after dark with the skyline lit up. Central Park is always a must... running up the hills in the Bronx, the Palasaides cliffs just over the GW Bridge, Rockefeller Preserve in Sleepy Hollow, Hook Mountain, and the AT up by Bear mountain.

IF YOU COULD DO ANYTHING (MONEY DIDN'T MATTER), WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

I would take myself and friends around the world to run the highest mountains and the dopest trails.  I would have it all documented and share it with everyone globally to show all of the beauty we consistently have around us, thus using the video to aid in conservation efforts and to allow others to explore virtually.
