Climbing is my life, and if working in an office was not a thing, I would be outside climbing all the time!
HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE RISKS OF CLIMBING?
I take a meditative approach to climbing. It’s critical when climbing that you’re present with every movement. It’s a dangerous sport and being distracted can lead to serious injury. I use a daily, 20-minute meditation practice in the morning to help to stay present and mindful of every hand hold, back step, crossover, etc. that I make.
